Why Join the Seeds and Sprouts® Kids Team?
As a team member with us, you will earn a $10/hr paycheck for your time, gain access to tickets for our Presale's earliest admission, and team members get to shop the 50%-off day ahead of the public! Joining our team is also a fun way to get to know others in our local consigning community.

Who Can Join the Team?
At Seeds and Sprouts® Kids, we are looking for gals and guys (over 18 years old) who are excited to join our community, have a passion for consigning, and enjoy helping others. Team members will need to be able to be on their feet for 4-6 hours at a time (working a total of at least 12 hours over the course of the sale), lift 25lbs, and speak English fluently. Team members will be paid $10/hr.

Tasks
As a team member, you'll be scheduled for shifts before, during, and after our sale. Papas are welcomed and needed, especially for set up and tear down--the man in your life can be hired to work, and you will gain access to the team member perks!

Before the Sale

Unload supplies and set up racking/tables/shelving

Check in consignors

Inspect items that consignors drop off

Organize dropped off items on the sales floor

During the Sale

Greet our shoppers

Provide on-floor shopper assistance

Run a register

Bag items

Assist with security

Provide "carry-out" service to shoppers

After the Sale

Assist in sorting unsold, non-donated items

Tear down racking/shelving/tables

Provide assistance to foster care families during the Foster Care Family Free Shop time

Check out consignors who pick up items

Our team members work at least 12 total hours before, during, and/or after our sale and are paid $10/hr. Click the link at the top of this page to apply!
Team Member Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of your shift to check in and receive instructions and any necessary supplies. When you arrive to your shift a few minutes early, it also ensures we avoid gaps in our team member coverage. We truly appreciate your cooperation; our team members are vital to our sale's success.
No Kids Please
If you register as a team member, please plan ahead for child care during your shift. The nature of our team member tasks will not allow for the consistent supervision and safety of minors. Thank you for your understanding!
